ALGIERS- Under the directive of the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui will start Monday a working visit to the town of Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla (800-km south of Algiers), to chair a ceremony celebrating the 69th anniversary of the creation of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) and the 54th anniversary of the nationalisation of hydrocarbons, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
