ALGIERS- the minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad, will pay a two-day official visit to the Kingdom of Spain on Monday, at the invitation of his Spanish counterpart, Fernando Grande-Marlaska Gomez, as part of cooperation between the two countries, the ministry said in a statement.
