The meeting was “an opportunity for both parties to discuss the main issues on the agenda of this session and to examine ways to strengthen relations between Algeria and Serbia and to expand areas of bilateral cooperation, including preparation for upcoming bilateral events,” added the press release.

In this respect, the two parties “exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest, primarily the Palestinian and the Sahrawi causes,” according to the same source.
