HASSI MESSAOUD (Ouargla)- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed Monday in an address on the occasion of the celebration of the 69th anniversary of the creation of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) and the 54th anniversary of the nationalization of hydrocarbons, that that the country’s historical national decision, taken under the leadership of late president Houari Boumediène, on this day of 1971, on the nationalization of hydrocarbons, contributed to the emancipation spirit and embodied the total national independence.
