ALGIERS- The minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Laïd Rebiga, paid tribute to the heroes of the Republic of Nicaragua, by laying a wreath at the Monument of  the Heroes of the Revolution in Managua, Nicaragua, the ministry said Monday in a statement.
