ALGIERS-The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Tuesday at the ministry’s headquarters, Niger’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, Bakary Yaou Sangaré, who is paying an official visit to Algeria, the ministry said in a press release.
