ALGIERS- Niger's minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, Bakary Yaou Sangaré, said Tuesday in Algiers that his meeting with the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, was a "significant step" in strengthening ties between Algeria and Niger, with promising prospects for future bilateral cooperation.
