ANNABA — The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, left Rabah-Bitat International Airport in Annaba on Wednesday to head back to Algiers, after inaugurating the third seawater desalination plant in Algeria following those in Cap Blanc in the west of the country and Fouka 2 in the center.
