ALGIERS- Under the directive of the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Laïd Rebiga, has participated in the installation ceremony of the director general of the National Police of Nicaragua, Francisco Diaz, the ministry of Mujahideen and Rights Holders said Thursday in a statement.
