ALGIER- The speaker of the People's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, arrived Thursday in the capital of Uruguay, Montevideo, to represent the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the swearing-in ceremony of the president-elect of Uruguay, Yamandu Orsi, scheduled for Saturday, the lower house said Friday in a statement.
