ALGIERS- Under the directive of the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Laïd Rebiga, took part Friday in Windhoek, Namibia, in the funeral of the former president of the Republic of Namibia, Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, a friend of Algeria, the ministry said in a statement.
