During the funeral, the minister met with the President of the Republic of Namibia, Nangolo Mbumba, and the Vice President and President-elect, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, to whom he conveyed the fraternal greetings of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as well as his compassion and solidarity with the brotherly Namibian people, following the death of the founding father of the Namibian nation, said the same source.

The minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders was accompanied, to the ceremony, by Algeria’s ambassador to the Republic of Namibia, Abdelkrim Diaf, the statement said.
