ALGIERS- The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, Brahim Boughali, conveyed the congratulations and greetings of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to the elected President of Uruguay, Yamandu Orsi, on the occasion of his inauguration, reaffirming Algeria’s willingness to strengthen its cooperation with Uruguay, the Parliament’s Lower House said Sunday in a press release.
