ALGIERS — Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui chaired on Sunday a meeting of the National Advisory Council for Export Promotion, during which the Council reviewed sectoral presentations on non-hydrocarbon exports over the past period and examined sector-by-sector forecasts for non-hydrocarbon exports for 2025, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister's office.

The Council also examined “a series of proposals and measures to increase non-hydrocarbon exports, notably in key sectors including petrochemical and mining products, agricultural and food products, pharmaceutical and industrial products, along with promoting the export of services,” the same source added.

On this occasion, there were calls for “developing sectoral plans and well-defined programs,” and “concluding performance contracts with economic operators in order to achieve the set objectives, in line with the directives of the President of the Republic.”
