ALGIERS- Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui, held on Monday a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Moctar Ould Diay, during which they exchanged their vows on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan, said the Prime Minister’s Office in a statement.
