In the preamble to issue 99 of its periodic publication, the upper house stressed the importance of this project that seeks to bring together perspectives and stances on key issues essential for a “Victorious Algeria.”

Among the highlights of this issue, prepared as a collection covering the period 2023-2025, is the speech of the President of the Republic at the opening of the military parade celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Revolution of 1 November 1954, in which he reaffirmed the defensive doctrine of the People’s National Army, as well as the exclusive use of its resources to defend Algeria and protect its national sovereignty.

Another highlight noted is President Tebboune’s speech delivered before both Houses of Parliament on 29 December 2024, in which he outlined the profound reforms undertaken in several domains.

Organized in chronological order, this issue chronicles noteworthy political and historical events, providing analyses concerning national life in all its facets, alongside coverage of the international, continental and regional developments. It also features contributions by the Speaker of the upper house, Salah Goudjil, on the occasion of various national and international events.

It also covers the Algerian Parliament's reaction to the European Parliament’s resolution and includes statements from both Parliamentary Houses strongly condemning this resolution, while denouncing the fallacious allegations and hostile campaigns targeting Algeria.

The publication also includes other speeches and contributions regarding Western Sahara and Palestine issues, reaffirming Algeria’s stance supporting people’s right to self-determination and the defense of human rights.
