ALGIERS- The acting manager of the Kingdom's Consulate General, Khalid Chihani, was summoned Thursday to the headquarters of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was received by Mokhtar Amine Khelif, the Director General of Protocol, who informed him of the Algerian authorities' decision to declare Morocco's vice-consul general in Oran persona non grata, the ministry said in a statement.
