ALGIERS- Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, is paying a working visit to the Republic of Congo from 20 to 22 May, with a view to strengthening the shared prospects for bilateral cooperation and examining ways of developing them in various fields, particularly that of energy and mines, according to a statement from the ministry.
