ALGIERS-At a meeting of the Council of Ministers chaired by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday, the President of the Republic ordered the government to entrust more public projects to startups and to fight against “obsolete practices” aimed at discouraging young people from taking the road to success.
