ALGIERS — The two public groups Sonatrach and Sonelgaz will soon sign an agreement with international partners to build an undersea power cable that would enable electricity exports to Europe, as stated on Sunday in Algiers by the Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab.
