ALGIERS- The ministry of Communication has released a special publication on the 7th Summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) hosted by Algiers, to document this "important" historical event held at Abdellatif Rahal Internaztional Convention Centre from February 29 to March 2.
