The two parties discussed cooperation relations between Algeria and Mozambique in industry, and the perspectives of boosting them in the future, notably in pharmaceuticals.

In this regard, Aoun said that Algeria is committed to cooperate with Mozambique, through the contribution of the sector’s enterprises in training executives, proposing “a great merger and exchange of expertise between Algerian businessmen and their Mozambican counterparts, and the creation of specialized commissions that will examine potential investment projects,” said the same source.

While welcoming the proposal, the ambassador of Mozambique to Algeria said that “the investment opportunities between the two countries are very numerous, especially since Algeria, due to its strategic position, is considered the gateway to Africa,” concluded the press release.
