ALGIERS-The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab received Wednesday a delegation from China’s SINOPEC International Energy Investment, led by Director General, XUE Weisong, with whom he discussed investment opportunities in Algeria, primarily in the fields of hydrocarbons and petrochemicals, said the Ministry in a statement.
