This framework partnership agreement aims to “create synergies between their activities and promote the exchange of skills and expertise,” said the same source, specifying that this cooperation document “covers several essential areas, notably commercial activities, information systems, aircraft maintenance, training and cargo, as well as other aspects related to air transport, in order to ensure better integration between the two companies.”

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the CEOs of Air Algerie and Tassili Airlines, Hamza Ben Hammouda and Abdessemed Ourihan respectively.

“Air Algerie thus reaffirms its commitment to developing the air transport sector in Algeria and improving the services offered to its customers, while strengthening cooperation with its partners,” added the press release.
