ALGIERS — The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, received on Sunday the new Japanese ambassador to Algeria, Suzuki Kotaro, with whom he discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields, as per a ministry statement.
