ALGIERS — Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Youcef Cherfa, will participate Thursday in Kampala, Uganda, in the African Union Extraordinary Summit on the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) post-Malabo, as per a ministry statement released Wednesday.
