ALGIERS- The minister of State, minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, received Thursday the ambassador of South Africa to Algeria, Ndumiso Ndima Ntshinga, with whom he discussed the ways to step up cooperation between the two countries in the field, the ministry said in a statement.
