ALGIERS- The minister of State, minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, on Monday in Dar es Salam, Tanzania, stressed Algeria's commitment to strengthening African and international energy integration, welcoming the "Mission 300" initiative to connect 300 million Africans to electricity by 2030.
