ALGIERS — President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune welcomed, during Sunday's Council of Ministers, the progress of the grain storage silo construction, issuing directives to expedite the completion of remaining silos, which will help optimize grain production capacity and strengthen the country's food security.
