ALGIERS — The proceedings of the preparatory experts' meeting for the 12th Algerian-Russian joint intergovernmental commission on economic, commercial, scientific and technical cooperation began Tuesday in Algiers. The upcoming session, scheduled for next Thursday, will be co-chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Youcef Cherfa, and Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Patrushev.
