ALGIERS- Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, received on Wednesday in Algiers Russian Vice Minister of Energy, Roman Marshavin, and the delegation accompanying him, said the ministry in a Communiqué.
