ALGIERS- The strengthening of the decentralized dynamic of cooperation between Algeria and Italy in terms of local  was one of the main points raised by Minister of the Interior, Local Collectivites and National Planning, Brahim Merad, and his Italian counterpart, Matteo Piantedosi, said the ministry on Wednesday in a Communiqué.
