ALGIERS — The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mining and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, on Monday received in Algiers Niger's Oil Minister Sahabi Oumarou, who was accompanied by a high-level delegation, the ministry said in a statement.
