ALGIERS — The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mining and Renewable Energy, Mohamed Arkab, reaffirmed on Tuesday in Algiers the strategic significance the Trans-Saharan Gas Pipeline (TSGP) project as a vital link between Africa and the world, positioning continent as a major force in the global energy market.
