During this meeting, which took place in the presence of the Italian Embassy representative in Algiers and executives from Sonelgaz and Zhero, Adjal highlighted “the major projects that Sonelgaz is working to achieve, as part of implementing the 15,000-megawatt renewable energy project.”

He emphasized “the Group's substantial traditional energy production capabilities, which enable a balanced energy mix to ensure steady supply to Europe.”

Adjal pointed out that these factors “position Algeria, through Sonelgaz, as a strategic partner for energy operators, particularly the company “Zhero.”

For her part, Pasini expressed “her company's willingness to participate in implementing this pivotal project for Europe, given Algeria's importance as a significant and reliable energy supplier.”
