On the sidelines of the inauguration of “Koudiet Eddraouche” desalination plant with a production capacity of 300,000 m3/day, the President of the Republic emphasized that “5 or 6 new seawater desalination projects will be launched in 2026 to reach a coverage rate of 62% excluding phreatic table.”
