EL TARF- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed Wednesday, in El Tarf, that the giant desalination plants recently built in the provinces of Oran, Tipaza, El Tarf, Boumerdes and Bejaia, are a source of pride for victorious Algeria.
