ALGIERS- The minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Youcef Cherfa, cochaired Thursday, with the advisor to the president of the Republic for Trade, supply, control and import-export, Kamel Rezig, the signing ceremony of an agreement on the implementation of an integrated milk powder production project in the country's south, one of the major agricultural projects, worth 3.5 billion dollars.
