ALGIERS-The awards ceremony for the winners of the APS survey "Brahim Dahmani" Award, rewarding the best Algerian athletes of the year-2023, began on Thursday evening at the International Conference Center "Abdelatif Rahal" (CIC) in Algiers, in the presence of sports and political personalities, as well as athletes and guests of honor.
