ACCRA (Ghana)- Algeria wrapped up its participation in the African Games in Accra, Ghana (8-23 March 2024), with a total of 114 medals (29 gold, 38 silver and 47 bronze), finishing in the fourth position at the continental event that ended Saturday evening.
