MOSTAGANEM – Algerian rider Youcef Reguigui claimed Algeria’s 2nd consecutive stage victory at the 2024 Cycling Tour of Algeria, winning the 141-km 2nd stage from Sidi Bel-Abbes to Mostaganem on Monday, with the participation of 74 riders representing 16 teams.
