Hamza Yacine crossed the finish line in two hours, one minute and 42 seconds, ahead of Gidich Yevgeniy (China Glory-Mentech) and Maekele Milkiyas (Eritrean National Team), credited with the same time.

At the end of the last stage, Hamza Amari (Algeria-MPT) won the yellow jersey while Yacine Hamza took the best sprinter's green jersey, the best Algerian's red jersey and the stage winner's blue jersey.

The best climber's polka dot jersey went to Algerian Reguigui, the U23 best hopeful's white jersey to Algerian Mimouni Oussama (Team Development), and the orange jersey to Baguara Lucas (Techniques Inamilia, Italy).
