ALGIERS– The embassy of the State of Palestine in Algiers “highly” welcomed, on Wednesday, the decision of President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, relating to the early payment of the second instalment of Algeria's financial contribution to the Palestinian Authority budget, said the embassy in a statement.
