ALGIERS-The Representative of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) and Chairperson of the Pan-African Parliament's Committee on Transport, Industry, Communications, Energy, Science and Technology, Behdja Lammali called in Midrand (South Africa) to meet the food and security needs of Africa, said Sunday the assembly in a statement.
