ALGIERS- The representative of the Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) in Algeria, Youcef Hamdane, said Wednesday that the outcome of the discussions bringing together the Palestinian factions in the Chinese capital, Beijing, were the culmination of the efforts made by Algeria, which resulted in the "Declaration of Algiers" that was the basis for the Beijing discussions.
