The Office stated in a press release, that "the number of journalist martyrs has risen to 166 since the beginning of the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip, following the death of Muhammad Issa Abu Saada, who works for several media outlets."

The office strongly denounced the attacks on Palestinian journalists and held Zionist forces fully responsible for these "heinous acts."

The Office called on the international journalist community and international organizations related to journalistic work to deter occupation.
