NEW YORK (United Nations)- Those who have taken part in the massacres against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank must be brought to justice, Algeria's UN permanent representative, Ambassador Amar Bendjama, said Wednesday at a UN Security Council meeting on "the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian issue."
