In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the new complaint addresses recent attacks by the Zionist army against Lebanon from October 3 to 14.

In the complaint, Lebanon urged the UN Security Council to “condemn the persistent hostility (of the Zionist entity) against Lebanon and its people, as well as the invasion of its territory.”

Beirut calls on the UN Council to “compel” the Zionist entity “to fully implement UN resolution 1701, immediately cease its acts of aggression, and withdraw from all Lebanese territory.”[/ecr]
