NEW YORK- The A3+ Group of the Security Council (Algeria, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, and Guyana) affirmed that the solution to the Syrian crisis could only be a “political solution preserving the unity, sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of Syria.”
