NEW YORK- Thousands of people demonstrated on Saturday in various capitals and cities across the world to denounce the Zionist aggression against Palestinians in Gaza, ongoing for over a year, reported the Palestinian news agency Wafa.

[ecr] Thousands of people participated in massive demonstrations in support of the Palestinian people in the Norwegian capital, Oslo; the Swiss city of Geneva; Manchester and London in the United Kingdom; the French capital, Paris; the Swedish

city of Helsingborg and the capital, Stockholm; the Dutch city of Utrecht; the Italian city of Milan; as well as the German city of Wolfsburg and the capital, Berlin; and Aarhus and Copenhagen in Denmark.

Protesters called for an end to the ongoing Zionist aggression and genocidal crimes against the Palestinian enclave since 2023 and the removal of obstacles to delivering humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, added Wafa.

They carried Palestinian flags, denouncing the genocidal crimes committed by Zionist occupation forces against the Palestinian people and calling for an end to double standards.

The Zionist occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip by land, sea, and air since October 7, 2023, resulting in 44,930 martyrs, the majority of whom are women and children, and 106,624 wounded.

Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble, leading to an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe. [/ecr]
